The fully equipped self-catering kitchen in your luxury log cabin complete with a Nespresso coffee machine has everything you need to cook up a feast and enjoy a meal around dining table. Dogs are welcome at Hunters Lodge and will love the huge choice of walks in the area.

This beautiful log cabin in Yorkshire sleeps one couple plus pooches. The spacious bedroom features a four-poster fixed super king-sized bed, Smart TV stunning views from the window. French doors lead out to your private patio and the covered hot tub. The luxury en-suite boasts a stunning copper roll-top bath, separate shower and an infrared sauna for two.

Through the bi-fold doors you'll step onto your private patio to fully immerse yourself in the natural beauty of North Yorkshire. Take a moment, breathe in the fresh air and truly take in the incredible views from your luxurious log cabin. Dine al fresco using the gas BBQ or relax in the jacuzzi-style hot tub under the stars. You'll also find a fire pit for cosy evening chats. Hunters is set on a sought-after end plot with only one neighbouring property, offering privacy and space during your break. Sun Hill Lodges is truly the perfect destination for those wanting to relax and recharge whilst admiring the beautiful wildlife and stunning racehorses that reside at the grounds.

 

Practicalities

There is free wi-fi throughout the holiday home. On arrival, you will find a locally sourced welcome hamper. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering accommodation, with an oven, hob and microwave. There is a Nespresso coffee machine which is compatible with Nespresso capsules. The barbecue outside is gas. A starter pack for the log burner includes logs and firelighters, and more can be purchased during your stay. The stay includes high-quality bed linen, towels, bathrobes, and a small selection of toiletries. Families can request a travel cot and a high chair for an infant in advance. Please note there is no washing machine or dryer. Up to two dogs are welcome in this cabin, although it is not well suited to more than one large dog. The garden is fully enclosed so dogs can roam free! There is parking for 2 cars alongside the cabin.

Access & Layout

On your own private driveway, there is space for two cars. A ramp and steps lead up to the lodge which then has flagstones surrounding it. There is one small step to get inside, then the lodge is all on one level and so is well suited to guests with limited mobility. This is accommodation with a ground floor bedroom and a walk-in step-free shower.
