Arrival
Please arrive at The Sanctuary and come to the waiting area 5 minutes before your treatment time.
Consultation
Your therapist will call you to discuss your treatment in advance, on arrival you will be required to complete and return your consultation form for medical history prior to your visit.
Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that treatment deposits are payable in advance on booking and are non-refundable. We require 48hrs cancellation notice, after which your treatment is fully chargeable.
Group Bookings
Groups of four or more can be accommodated subject to availability, but treatments will be payable in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
