We would like to reassure you that we maintain high standards of cleanliness and follow rigorous cleaning procedures between changeovers.

The cleaning standards in our self-catering properties…

Firstly, we are ensuring the property will be cleaned and sanitised following the gov.uk advice for accommodation providers. We have also undertaken the "We're Good to Go" certification scheme from Visit England and have a Risk Assessment that covers all aspects of our business, which can be seen on demand.

All properties continue to be cleaned and maintained to a high standard. We are being extra cautious, with special measures in place regarding cleaning standards and prevention so our team and your property remain safe.

We have government guidelines that only one household can holiday together. We cannot police this and ask therefore that you risk assess your own party and decide for yourself if your group is appropriate.

As part of the NHS test and trace service each property has the NHS poster displayed, please scan this poster by downloading the free NHS app on your phone if possible.

After your departure you may need to provide us with a record of everyone’s name, address and contact details that stayed in the property so that we can pass this onto the NHS on request. This information will not be used for any other purpose.

As is widely published, regularly wash your hands, for a least twenty seconds, using hot water and soap or a hand sanitizer with high pure alcohol content. If you have questions, please consult the NHS website or call 111: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/

All our team continue to review NHS advice on how to prevent the spread of germs. Read about how you can remain safe while on holiday and at home: https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/healthy-body/how-to-prevent-germs-from-spreading/

In the area:

The digital tablet in the property includes information about restaurants, pubs, local attractions and more about the area. As a result of Covid-19 we recommend visiting each businesses website to see their latest opening advice. Booking in advance will be critical, as there will be limited capacity at Restaurants and Pubs and many Take-Aways need advance orders to allocate collection slots.

What to do if you have a problem?

If you need emergency maintenance in your property, our procedures will ensure adequate distance between you and our operatives - for everyone’s safety. Firstly, please consider whether the issue requires immediate attention. If you need help, please explain the issue over the phone. If we need to attend the property, kindly head to a separate room whilst they fix the issue.

If you have symptoms during your stay:

If you show signs of having the virus, you must immediately get tested by contacting https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/testing-and-tracing/get-an-antigen-test-to-check-if-you-have-coronavirus/

Please show us the result. If positive, you will need to leave if a member of your party can drive you. If that is not possible and you have to self-isolate here, you will need to pay for all bookings that have to be cancelled as a result. In this case we will need you to contact us with details for all your guests.

We wish you a happy stay and good health.

Best wishes
