This 300 year old farmhouse is a stunning mixture of old and new. Its stylish interiors gives you the best of both worlds, with the traditional farmhouse feel with its quirky features, stone walls, beams and split level bathrooms incorporating the best of modern living carefully blended with tradition. There is space galore in the farmhouse, the conservatory is a sight to behold in Summer when the 30 year old grape vine covers the roof offering a stunning back drop. The formal dining room is a romantic nod to a bygone era where the dark and sultry French handpainted wallpaper allows for intimate candlelight dinning.

Ground floor: Modern and luxurious open plan living kitchen area with conservatory style breakfast and sitting room area with coffee machine – perfect for coffee connoisseurs (remember to bring your favourite coffee beans). The living kitchen includes a log burner and flat screen TV, breakfast bar, four oven aga, two electric cookers/ microwave cooker combi, large American style fridge/freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, boiling water tap, two sinks and two dishwashers.  Hallway/boot room with additional American style fridge/freezer and utility room with washer dryer, WC and doors to Hot tub and rear garden. Fabulous games room with bar area where you will find a pool table and dart board as well as double doors to rear garden, hot tub and cold shower. 

Spacious living room with baby grand piano, sound system, flat screen smart TV and living flame gas fire. Formal dining room with seating for up to twelve people, living flame gas fire. Very large Conservatory with established grape vine, round dining table and seating for ten, further seating area, patio doors leading to large garden with views of paddocks and gallops. Please note the conservatory underfloor heating can only be used sparingly in winter in order to preserve the grapevine. Too much heating in winter adversely affects the vine, we can where possible and on special occasions turn the underfloor heating on for short times with proper notice.

Decking with garden furniture, gas barbecue, various patio areas with outdoor hot tub with ‘covana’ cover, outdoor shower and seating.

A stunning new addition to Sun Hill Farmhouse is the Garden Room, launched in October 2019. This bedroom is in the style of a lodge, and is the perfect combination of country and chic, where no luxury has been spared. 

Enjoy the super-king-size four poster bed which incredibly comfortable. This is just one striking feature of the bedroom, where there is also a large freestanding bath perfectly placed by the window. Enjoy private views of the garden while relaxing in the tub after a day’s exploring. Walk through to the en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate WC. This large fifth bedroom sits separately to the Farmhouse, nestled in the gardens of Sun Hill Farm. Please note that dogs are not allowed in The Garden Room.

First floor: One large Superking size double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, freestanding copper bath and walk in rainfall shower with power shower attachment. One twin (can be made into a Superking bed by request) ensuite bathroom with bath. One Superking size double with ensuite bathroom, large walk in rainfall shower with power shower attachment. One twin that can be made up as a super king size double with ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. We can also accomodate up to three portable beds suitable for children under 12.
