A beautiful cottage with bags of character - oak beams, stone walls and arches.

Ground floor: The kitchen has both an electric Aga and conventional oven, as well as a dishwasher and a range of kitchen appliances and breakfast bar. There is a separate dining area with dining table which converts into a pool table, simply slide off the top to use this fun new feature. Separate WC. The warm and cosy sitting room, accessed through an old stone archway, boasts a log burner and panoramic views from the patio doors, leading out onto the beautifully kept secluded garden. In the garden you will find the hot tub, gas barbecue, dining and seating areas; a delightful place to sit and watch racehorses on the gallops and horses frolicking in the paddocks behind the cottage or simply sit and watch the sunset. In the winter months, enjoy the view of the snow covered hills whilst keeping warm with the glow from the fire. 

Sun Hill Cottage has three bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a Super-king sized bed (can be made up as a twin) with stunning views out to the garden and countryside beyond, with en-suite wet room.

First floor: Upstairs you will find a super-king double with en-suite including bathtub, and a spacious superking double which can also be made into a twin with en-suite bathroom with power shower.

The cottage is close to the racing yard although it remains quiet and private. Cottage is dog friendly.

Need extra space? The ajoining one bedroom cottage "The Palins" may be available to book in conjunction with Sun Hill Cottage to create a fabulous four bedroom option or, with the Farmhouse to create an extra bedroom. All three properties can be booked together depending on availability.
