Stable Tour

Sun Hill Lodges are based on the farm of former racehorse trainer Ann Duffield and her husband – legendary jockey George Duffield MBE. If you are interested in horses and horseracing then why not take the opportunity to book on a stable tour?

You will have a behind the scenes tour of the racing yard where we introduce you to the horses, talk about their day to day routine, and if we're lucky, catch them out on the gallops too. 

We then head down to the Rehabilitation Centre and have a look at the water treadmill, learning the benefits behind the specialist equipment.

Stable tours are £15 per person (minimum booking 2 people). Tours are available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and last approx. 1 hour.
