• Master and second bedrooms are both super king, while the third bedroom can made up as either super king or twin (please let us know your requirements)

• Space for Z-bed at addiontal fee in one of the bedrooms

• Wood burning stove. Ample logs, kindling & coal included with a few firelighters to start you off.

• Large garden with breath-taking country views. Garden not fully fenced, dogs need to be on leads. 
• Wildlife pond with far reaching views to the front of the garden. Pond is fenced in and for adults only. Decking area with outdoor subtle lighting for evening (dusk till 11pm) seating and firepit.
