Early check-in and Late check-out

We understand that you can't wait for your holiday to begin and that you'd like to get things started as soon as possible! We also appreciate that you may wish to prolong your stay and enjoy another couple of hours in your chosen accommodation.  

Here at Sun Hill we have a small, reliable team that endeavours to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Our regular check-out time is 10am, with check-in time from 4pm for the cottages and lodges.

This is our window to have everywhere spotless - both inside and out - ready for the next guests. It is extremely important to us to maintain our high standards!

We are able to offer early check-in (2pm) but we do need a minimum of 48hrs notice as we will need to bring in extra staff to make this happen. Please be aware that if booking an early check in, your hot tub may not be up to full temperature on your arrival. All our tubs are drained, thoroughly cleaned and then refilled between changeovers and the whole process can take 2 hours, however it should be up to temperature fairly soon.

PLEASE NOTE : We are UNABLE to offer late CHECK-OUTS at present because of the increased amount of cleaning and sanitation procedures required between changeovers. Early check-ins are limited and taken on a first come, first serve basis.
